Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped from our commercial kitchen in the District of Columbia. Customers may choose from Express, Express Saver, and Standard delivery. With Express and Express Saver you can also specify the day you would like your treats to arrive. Please note that we generally ship on Monday - Thursday. We prefer not to ship on Fridays, and do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
All orders are freshly made to order. Please expect 36-48 hours for your order to be prepared before packaging and shipping.
Standard — $12.95 flat rate
2nd Day — $15.95 flat rate
Overnight – $27.95 flat rate
For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please add $22.00 to the standard shipping charge.
Please note that shipping charges are per recipient.
For Saturday delivery, please add $35.00 to the Express or Express Saver shipping charge. (Not available to all areas. Please call for details.)
Please note UPS does not deliver to Post Office, military APO or FPO boxes.
If you experience a problem with the quality of our confections, customer service, or delivery, please let us know and we'll work to make it right.
If the full contents of your order do not arrive in perfect condition, we are more than happy to replace damaged orders, refund a shipping charge or take any other measures necessary to ensure your complete satisfaction.
